TRAINING SCHEDULE CHANGE

Parents & Players…

Originally players from summer workouts voted to train 4 days a week once school started.

However with the season 150 days away, I feel like 4 days a week is over kill and I don’t want to burn the boys out so we will move to 3 days a week.

We will not meet today but will finish off the week with a Wednesday & Thursday session, same time.

After this week, we will meet Tuesday- Thursday 3:30pm-5:15pm

No training today, see everyone Wednesday!

Don’t forget CLEATS, WATER, & A MASK
